The Board of Zoning Appeals hears requests for variances from the Zoning Code. Five members and two alternates serve one-year terms.
BZA Meeting Day & Location
- When: 7 pm, fourth Tuesday of each month (unless other notice is given)
- Where: City Council Chambers, Golden Valley City Hall, 7800 Golden Valley Road (unless otherwise noted)
BZA meetings will be cancelled due to lack of an agenda if there is no business to be discussed.
