Golden Valley's Planning Department coordinates implementation of the City's Comprehensive Plan and other long-range planning activities such as development review and zoning administration. For redevelopment activities, Planning works closely with the City's Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA). Staff includes the planning director, city planner, and an administrative assistant.
