Golden Valley Days - Art & Music Festival
Celebrate Golden Valley's creative community and spirit with your friends and neighbors at Golden Valley Days. This art and music festival is the return of an old tradition, presented by the Golden Valley Community Events Fund (GVCEF), a non-profit community foundation organized by City residents.
2011 Golden Valley Days
125th Anniversary Display
10 am to 3 pm —in the small picnic pavilion
The Golden Valley Historical Society will display artifacts at Golden Valley Days in celebration of Golden Valley’s 125th Anniversary. The display will include aerial photographs, still photos, neighborhood maps, the locations of homes at least 100 years, DVD histories of Golden Valley (for purchase), and numerous other items of community heritage. Be sure to include this stop in your Golden Valley Days activities.
Saturday, May 21, 9:30 am–9:30 pm

- 9:30 am: Parade
- 10 am–6 pm: Games, Artists, Food Vendors
- 10 am–3 pm: Plant Sale, Community Organization Booths
- 11 am–3 pm: Vintage Auto Show
- 11 am–6 pm: Music
- 3:30–5:30 pm: Bingo
- 6:30–9:30 pm: Street Dance
- 9:30 pm: Fireworks
