Run the Valley - 5K Race/Walk, 10K Race
Run the Valley, the Golden Valley Human Services Fund's annual 5K/10K race and 5K walk, has become a successful fundraiser for organizations that benefit the community. The GVHSF allocates the funds to local human service organizations.

T-shirts (while supplies last), water stops and post-race complimentary snacks will be provided. Runners’ times are posted at the end of the race at raceberryjam.com and andersonraces.com.
Commemorative medallions are given to the first place male and female runners in each age category (under 19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70+) for both the 5K and 10K Runs. Walkers do not receive awards.

Register in person at Brookview Community Center, 200 Brookview Parkway (M-F, 8 am-4:30 pm)

- By Mail or Fax
Register by mail or fax anytime, but entry form and fee must be received by Friday, April 11 at 3 pm. Fax entry with VISA/Mastercard information to 763-512-2344.
Register online at www.zapevent.com or www.active.com by April 10. There is an additional fee for online registration.
- Race Day
Register at Brookview Community Center on race day between 7 and 7:45 am. Download 2014 registration form.
- $30 by Feb 28
- $35 March 1 - April 11 by 3 pm
- $40 on race day from 7 - 7:45 am
- Children 12 and under may register for $15 when accompanied by an adult.
(Youth fee includes t-shirt and race number only. Chip timing is not included. To be eligible for a medal, chip timing must be used.)
- Kid's 0.2K Fun Run - $5 (Includes race number and participation ribbon)
Race Packets and T-shirts
Pre-registered runners can pick up race packets and long-sleeve T-shirts April 9 (1-7 pm) and April 10 (9 am-3 pm) at Brookview Community Center. All others will be picked up on race day beginning at 7 am.
Register before March 1 to guarantee your T-shirt size. The GVHSF will try to accomodate T-shirt size requests after March 1.
