Run the Valley - 5K Race/Walk, 10K Race
Run the Valley, the Golden Valley Human Services Foundation's annual 5K/10K race and 5K walk, has become a successful fundraiser for organizations that benefit the community. The GVHSF allocates the funds to local human service organizations.

T-shirts (while supplies last), water stops and post-race complimentary snacks will be provided. Runners’ times are posted at the end of the race at raceberryjam.com and andersonraces.com.
Routes
Awards
Commemorative medallions are given to the first place male and female runners in each age category (under 19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70+) for both the 5K and 10K Runs. Walkers do not receive awards.
Registration
The entry fee is $20 before March 1, $25 March 1-April 8, and $35 the day of the race. No refunds.

Runners may register in person at Brookview Community Center, 200 Brookview Parkway (M-F, 8 am - 4:30 pm; April 7, 1 pm-7 pm; April 8, 8:30 am-3 pm). - By Phone, Mail, or Fax

Runners may register up to three days before the race at Active.com or ZapEvent.com. - Race Day
Register at Davis Community Center at Meadowbrook Elementary (5430 Glenwood Ave) on race day between 7:15 and 8 am.
T-shirt Contest
The deadline for entries in the 2012 Run The Valley T-Shirt Contest will be in early 2012.
