Open Book Meeting Provides Time To Discuss Property Valuation Notice

Have questions about your property valuation notice? Come to the Open Book meeting April 24, 4-6pm, at the City Hall Council Chambers.
The City of Golden Valley contracts with Hennepin County to work with you on the estimated market value of your property. Each year in the first part of April, Hennepin County mails valuation notices to property owners that show the market value that will be used to determine property taxes payable in 2013. The Open Book meeting provides an opportunity for property owners to discuss this estimated market value with County and City officials.
