Rate Change Flyer Missing From City Utility Bills For April

Last December the Golden Valley Council approved utility rate changes (water usage, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, street lights, and recycling) that became effective April 1. However, the company that mails the City’s quarterly utility bills forgot to insert the flyer explaining the rate changes in the residential billing for April.

The City bills one-third of all residential properties each month. The mailing company has guaranteed the May and June billing will include the rate-change insert.

Information regarding current City utility rates is available onĀ the City website.
