Challenge your powerhouse with the body-slimming, core-shaping exercises that have made pilates the most popular method to tone and sculpt long, lean muscles. This easy, energizing routine promises to improve flexibility, balance and posture and to maximize your mental and physical health. Exercises are appropriate for all fitness levels. Take a revitalizing break, as you uncover your natural power through flow yoga. These 70-minute classes combines yoga postures, core work, breathing awareness and a guided relaxation (optional). Appropriate for beginners to yoga, as well as those who already practice. Benefits include: increased strength, flexibility, body awareness and mental clarity. Bring a sticky mat. A natural extension of the Yoga Flow class, this class focuses on creating and nurturing body alignment, flexibility and strength. Includes some more challenging poses in a longer class format. These 90-minute classes consists of breath awareness, yoga poses, core exercises, light weight work, and a guided relaxation. Previous experience with yoga is helpful, however, beginners are welcome! Bring a sticky mat and optional 1-5 lb. hand weights and a small blanket and pillow for relaxation (optional). Instructed by Laura Lazowski.

Hula Hoop - Fun & Fitness Code: 10682

Get a great workout while trimming your waist, thighs, and belly with hoops, the beloved childhood toy that is all grown up! The specially designed exercise hoop targets your waistline and core area and is a great cardiovascular exercise too. This fun class includes balance, strength, and flexibility exercises using the hoop. All ages are welcome. Annette’s oldest student is 91! Hoops will be available for $15. Instructed by Annette Fragale. $12 ($17 non-resident).

Walk Program
