Seniors Program Advisory Committees
Golden Valley Senior Citizen Program Advisory Committee
Composed of representatives of senior clubs in Golden Valley and at-large members from local agencies, this group meets the second Wednesday of each month, 1 pm, at Brookview Community Center. The Committee helps plan programs and is responsible for interpretation of and advocacy for the Golden Valley Senior Center’s programs.

- Dover Hill MidRise
- Good Shepherd Church
- King of Grace Senior Fellowship
- St Margaret Mary Church Seniors

Senior Leadership Committee
This committee, which represents 15 communities located in the Northwest Hennepin Human Services Council area, meets monthly to examine issues of interest and concern to seniors and offer suggestions for possible ways to address these issues. Golden Valley's representative is Larry Kennenbeck.
