GVPD Asking For Assistance In Vehicle And Pedestrian Collision

The Golden Valley Police Department (GVPD) was notified of a collision involving a vehicle and pedestrian in the area of 9500 Wayzata Blvd, March 30 at approximately 1:30 am. The Department is asking the for public assistance in locating the vehicle or driver.

The driver was described as a blonde female in her early 30s. She stopped to render aid and drive the victim to his residence but did not report the incident to police. The GVPD believe a light colored 2015-2016 Toyota Yaris was involved and will have noticeable damage to the front end and windshield.

The 18 year old victim sustained significant injuries due to the collision and was transported to the hospital. He has since been released.
