28th Annual Run The Valley Garners More Than 200 Participants

The 28th annual Run The Valley 5/10K Run and 5K Walk April 23 raised funds for the Golden Valley Human Services Commission, which allocates funds to local human service organizations that benefit the community.

Of the 221 participants, 86 ran the 5K race and 53 ran the 10K race.

Overall winners of the 10K were Hunter Staack of Minneapolis in the male category and Annie Harm of Minneapolis in the female category. Overall winners of the 5K were Steven Noel of Vadnais Heights in the male category and Golden Valley resident Claire DeBerg in the female category.
