Theodore Wirth Pkwy Storm Sewer Repair To Take Longer Than Expected

Due to availability of materials, the City's storm sewer repair on Theodore Wirth Pkwy will take longer than expected, and in response to safety concerns, the road will remain closed between Glenwood Ave and Hwy 55. Commuters are asked to use Meadow Lane as a detour during the closure.

There is currently no timetable for the road to reopen, but the City expects to know more information in the coming days.

For the time being, trails in the area remain open for biking and walking.

For questions, please contact Golden Valley Public Works Director Tim Kieffer at 763-593-3960 or tkieffer@goldenvalleymn.gov.
