Earlier this month the Golden Valley City Council took the next step in reducing flood risk and property damage in the DeCola Ponds area by awarding the project contract for the SEA School–Wildwood Park Flood Storage Project.
Work is expected to begin this spring in portions of the park and school campus to build flood storage, water quality improvements, and pollinator habitat. The project will also create outdoor educational and recreational opportunities for the school and community.
