The City of Golden Valley will receive sealed bids until Mon, Feb 9, 2023, at 11 am. Sealed bids should be sent to the Parks & Recreation Department, located at  Brookview Golden Valley, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud, for the furnishing of all labor and material for the remodel of the park shelter building at Wesley Park in Golden Valley, MN.

Bids shall be on the form provided for that purpose and according to the Bidding Requirements prepared by Denny Langer, Quetica, LLC dated Jan 11, 2023. The Bidding Documents are available for viewing at the following location:

There are no hard copies available for distribution to contractors. To request an electronic copy of the of the bid packet please email Sheila Van Sloun at . There is no fee to have an electronic copy emailed.

Contractors who wish to review the project site may attend a walkthrough to be held at 11 am, on Tue, January 24, 2023. Contractors will meet at the Wesley Park Shelter, 8305 Wesley Drive, Golden Valley, Minnesota. This is the only time that will be available for reviewing the site.
