Discuss Your Property Valuation Notice At April 23 Open Book Meeting

Property owners who have questions about their property valuation notices can some to the Open Book meeting April 23, 4-6pm, at the City Hall Council Chambers.

The City of Golden Valley contracts with Hennepin County to work with property owners on the estimated market value of their property. Each year in the first part of April, Hennepin County mails valuation notices to property owners that show the market value that will be used to determine property taxes payable in the following year. The Open Book meeting provides an opportunity for property owners to discuss this estimated market value with County and City officials.
