The Golden Valley Police Department (GVPD) received a letter of appreciation this week from a citizen who had been a victim of a crime several months ago. While it acknowledges several Golden Valley police officers for their professionalism, caring response, and customer service, it also serves to reinforce the GVPD’s 99 percent approval rating from the community in the last citizen survey.
