Ramp From Duluth St To Southbound Hwy 100 Closing May 23 To Late June

The entrance from Duluth St to southbound Hwy 100 will be closed May 23 through late June while crews construct a high-occupancy vehicle (HOV) bypass lane on the ramp.

Motorists will be detoured to southbound Douglas Dr, eastbound Hwy 55, and southbound Hwy 100 or to northbound Hwy 100, westbound 36th Ave, and southbound Hwy 100.

When completed, this Minnesota Department of Transportation (MNDOT) project will allow high-occupancy vehicles/buses to bypass congestion at the ramp meters as well as promote carpooling and transit use.
