Starting Oct 13 through Oct 17, crews on the 10th Ave culvert project will work 14-hour shifts, from approximately 8 am to 9 pm. The extended hours are necessary so crews can replace the culverts underneath the Union Pacific Railroad tracks during a scheduled rail outage planned to allow the work to be completed.
