Golden Valley Recognized As A Finalist For Minnesota Real Estate Journal Municipality Of The Year Award

The City of Golden Valley was one of five finalists for Municipality of the Year, one of 15 categories in the 2018 Minnesota Real Estate Journal awards presented April 11 at the Golden Valley Country Club. The awards showcase the top achievements and developmentsĀ in Minnesota over the past year.

More than 400 people attended the event, which recognizes achievement in commercial real estate. Cities nominated for Municipality of the Year included Golden Valley, Edina, Ramsey, Wayzata, and Woodbury. Cities were nominated based on the professionalism of staff, efficiency of development procedures, and support for business by elected officials. The award was presented to Woodbury.
