Theodore Wirth Pkwy Resurfacing Delayed For Several Weeks
July 30, 2020
The City of Minneapolis’ resurfacing project on Theodore Wirth Pkwy is being delayed several weeks due to the discovery of macadam, a no longer used paving technique that requires special disposal.
After properly disposing of the macadam, crews will move ahead as scheduled. This delay is not expected to affect the amount of work scheduled for this year and next (see project map).
