US Census Bureau Deploying Workers To Collect Data From Non-Responsive Households

Golden Valley residents have done an overall exceptional job completing the 2020 census with a self-response rate of nearly 79 percent as of Aug 26. In order to get that number up to 100 percent, the US Census Bureau has deployed workers throughout the country to collect information from households that haven’t responded.
Portion Of Bassett Creek Dr Will Close For Tree Removal Aug 26

Bassett Creek Dr will be shut down between Mary Hills Dr and Golden Valley Rd from 8 am–3 pm Aug 26 for removal of a storm-damaged tree. Traffic will be routed down Mary Hills Dr during the closure.
