Xcel Energy is performing an emergency repair today, Nov 25, to an underground primary line near the Betty Crocker Dr and General Mills Blvd intersection. Power to the traffic signal will be cut, so Xcel will install temporary stop signs until the work is complete, which is expected to be late afternoon.
