The morning of Oct 22, City crews are repairing a water main near the corner of Boone Ave N and Winsdale St. Water has been shut off in the area since 9:45 am and the repair will be restored with three to five hours.

CenterPoint Energy has extended its closure on Golden Valley Rd between Wisconsin Ave N and Winnetka Ave N, Fri, Oct 22 overnight to Saturday, Oct 23. Crews also plan to work on Sat, Oct 23, 8 am–dark. Learn more about the project here. Read More

According to the Minnesota Department of Public Safety (MnDPS), there have been at least 384 reported traffic fatalities in 2021 and the State of Minnesota is on pace to see nearly 475 total by the end of the year, the most since 2007. The MnDPS and the Golden Valley Police Department urge drivers to use caution while driving to avoid serious injury or death. Read More
