The Golden Valley Historical Society (GVHS) has openings on its board of directors. The board guides policy on the operations of Golden Valley Historical Society's
1882 Historic Church and the Golden Valley History Museum, both located at 6731 Golden Valley Rd.
GVHS acquires and maintains a collection of artifacts, documents, and photographs. It also presents special events as well as history programs for the public in its Historic Church.
