Golden Valley seniors can learn about managing certain chronic health conditions with a physical activity routine at this month's Coffee Talk event on Wednesday, Aug 21, 10–11:15 am at Brookview, Valley North Room.
FOX Rehabilitation therapists will discuss the benefits of physical activity and how to reach your fitness and health goals. Coffee, juice, and treats will be provided. Attendees must register in advance either online at webtrac.goldenvalleymn.gov or by calling 763-512-2345. $2 payable at the door.
