Lawns to Legumes grants offer up to $400 in reimbursement for creating pollinator-friendly habitats in residential outdoor spaces. Applications are now open for spring 2026 grant awards.
The program, run by the Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources (BWSR) in partnership with Blue Thumb, supports at-risk pollinators through native planting projects. Homeowners and renters statewide are eligible to apply through Nov 30, 2025 via Blue Thumb’s website.
