The City of Golden Valley is creating a Climate Equity Plan, and your input is essential. This plan will guide how the City reduces greenhouse gas emissions, prepares for weather changes, and creates action steps to benefit all who live, work, and play in Golden Valley.
To ensure the plan reflects the needs of the entire community, especially those most vulnerable to the impacts of climate change, the City is actively seeking feedback.

Why This Matters
This plan is part of the City’s commitment to sustainability and resilience. In 2021, the City declared a climate emergency, recognizing the urgent need for action. In 2025, City Council set strategic directives to address and improve environmental sustainability and climate resiliency.
