The Golden Valley Festival is set to return Saturday, Sept 13, with a full day of live music, art, food trucks, kids activities, and community fun under the City’s iconic water tower, but organizers say they urgently need more volunteers to keep the event on track.
Hosted by the Golden Valley Community Foundation (GVCF), the all-day festival runs from 10 am to 10 pm and is powered entirely by volunteers. As of this week, key shifts remain unfilled, particularly in kids activities, eco stations, traffic control, and the beer and wine tent.
This year’s festival marks the first time the event is back since 2019, and organizers hope to re-establish it as beloved community tradition. Alongside performances from local musicians the event will feature juried arts and crafts, family-friendly programming, and a variety of food and beverage options.
