Golden Valley’s 2025–2028 Strategic Plan is now available on the City website. The plan, developed to meet the City Council’s 2030 Strategic Directives, outlines strategies to enhance the City’s priorities across five areas: redevelopment, infrastructure, governance, financial wellness, and community affairs.
