Human Resources is responsible for:

  • recruiting, selecting, and training employees
  • managing employee safety programs, compensation, and benefits
  • administering personnel policy and employment law
  • negotiating and administering labor contracts
  • overseeing the City's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEIC) initiatives

Information Technology Services

Information Technology provides systems administration, technology project management, mentoring, training, and technical expertise to all City departments. It also manages the City’s computer, telephone, security, and network systems.
