Planning Commission

Attendance/Comment Options: Meetings are conducted in-person at City Hall and begin at 6:30 pm. Members of the public are encouraged to attend all open meetings. All regular meetings are broadcast on cable channel 16 and streamed on CCXmedia.org. If you would like to participate remotely and are unable to attend the meeting, you may email in comments to planning@goldenvalleymn.gov and the comments will be provided to the Planning Commission.

Cancelations

Planning Commission meetings will be canceled due to lack of agenda items, quorum, or conflicts with holidays.

The Planning Commission holds public hearings on land use proposals so community members can learn first-hand about such proposals and ask questions and offer comments. Questions and comments become part of the record and will be used by the City Council, along with the Commission's recommendation, in reaching a decision.

Meetings are televised live on City Cable Channel 16 and webcast live or on-demand. The public is encouraged to attend all open meetings and can address the Commission during public hearings.

Agendas are available prior to the meetings. Minutes are published following approval and signing.
