2. *NOTE: Certain applications submitted to the Planning Division require the applicant to provide neighborhood notification to property owners within 500 feet of the request. If requesting a CUP, subdivision (including Minor), rezoning, or Comprehensive Plan Amendment that is located within or adjacent to a residential zoning district, then mailed notice must be sent.
